The ideal companion for overall restless and irritated intestines. The blond psyllium is also known as Ispaghul. It's cousin, black psyllium, grows in Provence but not the same therapeutic value. Black psyllium seed do not have the same effets and thus will dissapoint any used when it comes to solving intestinal issues.
